Hello everyone and welcome back to The Weekly Rocket Report! We have another relatively slow week this week so lets break it down.
First launch of the week was early Tuesday morning when Falcon 9 launched Starlink Group 10-59 to orbit. The 28 satellites were deployed successfully and the rocket’s first stage returned to Earth, landing on the drone ship “A Shortfall Of Gravitas”.
Later that day another Falcon 9 blasted off this time carrying Starlink Group 11-17. Following ascent the rocket’s first stage separated and flew back to the ocean where it landed on the drone ship “Of Course I Still Love You”. The 28 Starlink satellites were deployed successfully.
Launch #3 on October 8th (Love a rocket launch on my birthday") was from Blue Origin. New Shepard took to the skies on NS-36 Blue’s 15th human spaceflight. The crew of this mission consisted of Jeff Elgin, Danna Karagussova, Dr. Clint Kelly III, Aaron Newman, Vitalii Ostrovsky, and William Lewis, along with a few science experiments. Both the rocket’s booster, and crew capsule returned and landed safely in West Texas.

The final launch of the week came from China with the launch of Gravity 1. This was the first launch of the year from the rocket, and its company, Orienspace. The rocket was carrying 3 satellites, the details about which have not been revealed.
And there we have it my friends, as I said a slower week, but still had launches to watch. Looking ahead it seems next week will be busier, with some more Starlink launches, and I see Starship, and Electron on the docket. Whatever happens we will be back to discuss it all on The Weekly Rocket Report!
